Here's what happens when you join

1. Complete three quick forms

(goals, training history, and health info - helps me support you properly)

2. Get set up on the app

Once you've completed your forms you'll receive an email within 48 hours to download Everfit (the coaching app we'll be using)

3. Join the WhatsApp group

You'll then receive an invite to join our coaching group and say hello to your new virtual training crew!

FAQs

Do I need a gym membership?

Yes, the training programmes are designed to be done at your gym at your own convenience.

Are we all following the same programme?

Everyone gets the same seasonal programme, but I provide alternative options for certain exercises. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, you'll have different exercise variations to make the programme work for your experience level.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

The programme includes 3 strength workouts per week (60 minutes each) for maximum results. If you're new to training, 2 sessions per week is perfectly fine to start with.

Is there cardio included in the programme?

The focus is strength training, but I'll also include optional cardio conditioning workouts - the frequency and type of cardio will depend on the season.

How do I cancel my monthly membership?

Monthly members can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. The 6 month package is paid upfront with no early cancellation.

Can I opt out of the WhatsApp group?

Of course, but you'll miss out on coaching support, form feedback and community encouragement from the SSC crew.
