You're tired of winging it in the gym
You show up, do what feels right that day, scroll through Instagram for inspiration... but deep down you know you're not making the progress you're capable of.
You're a high-achiever in every other area of your life. Why does the gym feel so bloody hard to figure out?!
Maybe you've tried following random programmes before. Maybe you've even worked with a PT. But you're still not seeing the results you know you're capable of.
Here's what's missing: structure, expert feedback, and people who actually get it.
What if you knew exactly what to do every time you walked into the gym?
What if you had:
-
A program on your app that tells you exactly what to do each session
-
A coach reviewing your form and giving you the cues that actually help
-
A community backing you up so you never second-guess yourself
That's Seasonal Strength Club (SSC)
A monthly training program with expert coaching, personalised feedback, and a community of women who want to see you succeed.
The next training phase starts January 12th and runs through late April. We only open enrolment three times per year, so if you miss this intake, the next opportunity to join is May.

Here's what you're joining
Seasonal Strength Club runs in structured 16-week training phases. We open enrolment three times a year (January, May, and September), so that everyone progresses through the program together.
Strength Training
Program Focus
This phase is built around two key movements: squats and chin-ups. Plus accessory exercises and power work to support your main lifts. You'll progress through different training methods each month. 3 workouts per week. Designed for real life, not Instagram.
Expert Programming That Actually Gets Results
You'll get a structured program on your app showing you exactly which exercises, how many reps, what weight to use, and when to progress. Every session is planned. You just show up and do the work. No more scrolling through Instagram mid-workout. No more guessing if you're doing enough.
Personal Form Feedback From an Expert
Submit videos of your lifts and get coaching on your technique so you're confident you're lifting safely and effectively. No more wondering "am I doing this right?" You'll get specific cues that help you improve week after week.
Monthly Rolling Subscription
This is a monthly rolling subscription. Commit for as long as it's working for you, and cancel with 30 days notice if it's not. After 16 weeks? You can continue into the next training phase (starting in May), take a break or we can reassess together what makes sense for you.
WhatsApp Support When You Need It
Got a question about your technique? Wondering if you should push through or pull back today? Feeling rubbish and need a pep-talk? The group chat has your back with weekly prompts to keep the conversation flowing and a community of women who actually understand what you're going through.
A Community That Actually Feels Like Community
This isn't just a program. It's real support when training feels hard, celebration when you hit a PB, and friendships that extend beyond the gym. Plus optional events - 1RM test days, hiking Snowdon. You're not doing this alone anymore.
hi I'm Natalia
Strength coach, recovering perfectionist, and founder of Bristol Gym Girls.
I'm a Royal Academy of Dance trained ballet teacher (yes, I spent years obsessing over perfect form in front of mirrors), which means I understand both the technical side of movement and what it's like to never feel good enough - constantly trying to figure it all out alone and do it perfectly by yourself.
Spoiler: that doesn't work.
I'm here to tell you, you don't need another random workout plan or to keep doing this by yourself. You need structure that actually works, feedback that helps you improve, and a community that backs you up when training feels hard. That's what SSC gives you.
Consistency, structure, and support to keep showing up, even on the days when motivation is low.

FAQs
What does joining the waitlist mean?
You'll get priority access when enrolment opens - waitlist members get the link on January 2nd, 2 days before general enrolment opens on January 4th. Secure your spot before anyone else. No payment required to join waitlist.
How long is the program?
Each training phase is 16 weeks, broken into monthly blocks with different training methods. It's a rolling monthly subscription, so you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
When can I join if I miss this intake?
We only open enrolment three times per year (January, May, and September). If you miss the January 12th start, the next opportunity to join is May.
What if I can't make all 3 workouts some weeks?
Life happens. The program is flexible enough that missing a few sessions won't derail your progress. The community and coaching help you stay on track even during busy weeks. Overall consistency matters more than perfection.
What equipment do I need?
Access to a gym with barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, squat rack, and bench. Most commercial gyms have everything you need. If you're unsure about your gym's equipment, send an email to me: natalia@bristolgymgirls.com and we can figure it out.
I'm a complete beginner - is this too advanced for me?
Not at all. The program uses RPE (rate of perceived exertion) so it scales to your level. Whether you're squatting 20kg or 100kg, you'll be working at the right intensity for YOU. Plus you'll get form feedback to build confidence from day one.
I've been training for years - will this challenge me?
Absolutely. The programming includes a variety of different training methods to challenge you. Plus the accountability and form refinement will take your training to the next level.
What if I have an injury or need to modify exercises?
Let me know in your intake forms or in the WhatsApp group. I'll provide modifications and alternatives so you can keep training safely. I work with Bristol Physio, so I understand injury management and programming around limitations.
How much time do workouts take?
Plan for 60-75 minutes per session including warm-up. If you're tight on time, we can discuss strategies to condense workouts while still making progress.
I'm not based in Bristol - can I still join?
Yes! The program is delivered through an app and WhatsApp, so you can train anywhere with gym access. The only in-person element are the quarterly social events in Bristol (which are optional).
